And, as it happens in such cases, they like to happen to you at the worst possible moment. For example, when you just have to send a timely report to the government, tender documents, a very important contract... That's when it pays to have someone who knows what to do. And do it quickly. 

Therefore, before you ignore our offer, think how much you could lose, in case of an accident....

Assistance is provided by phone or video call - such as Meet, Zoom or Teams.

You will be given a special phone number and email to contact us, and if we can't solve the problem right away, we will arrange an urgent technical consultation, within the deadlines:

  • 3 hours on weekdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • 30 minutes on weekdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • within 30 minutes 24 hours a day, any day

In special cases, we can come to the address you specify or meet you at one of our offices in Warsaw.
