Documents required for the purchase of a qualified electronic seal

The documents required for a qualified seal include:

  • proof of identity of the applicant - a valid ID card or passport,
  • Power of attorney signed in accordance with the rules of representation of the entity,
  • in the case of public entities:
    - appointment letter or other document on the basis of which the person applying for the certificate acts as a public authority,
    -
    confirmation of assignment of the NIP number of the represented entity,
    -
    certificate of theREGON identification number of the represented entity.

Other formal documents, such as a printout from the KRS or CEIDG, the consultant confirming the identity of the applicant will download independently from official websites.

Detailed list of required additional documents

Additional documents required to confirm the data of the represented entity, depending on its type and legal form:

An individual who owns a sole proprietorship.

The document that provides the legal basis for the operation of the enterprise is a copy or printout from the Business Activity Register (CEiDG).

Employees and representatives of the company and institution with legal personality (including accounting offices, companies, local and state administration).

Company - enterprise

  • signed power of attorney - according to the rules of company representation,
  • A document with the legal basis for the operation of the enterprise:
    • A copy or printout from the National Court Register - not older than 6 months,
    • a copy or printout from the CEiDG or a certificate of the assigned REGON identification number, confirming the company's data.

Public institution

  • power of attorney, in accordance with the rules of representation
  • A copy of the document with the rules of representation,
  • A resolution or other decision on appointment or appointment to a position,
  • confirmation of NIP number assignment
  • certificate of the assigned REGON identification number

Persons serving on the board of directors or supervisory board of an entity, such as the chairman of the board of directors, a member of the board of directors or a proxy, can be identified from a copy of the National Court Register or other document specifying the rules of representation.

Company - enterprise

  • A copy or printout from the National Court Register - not older than 6 months,
  • A resolution or other decision on appointment or appointment to a position,
  • confirmation of the assignment of a taxpayer identification number,
  • certificate of the assigned REGON identification number

Public institution

  • A copy of the document specifying the principles of representation,
  • Resolution or act of appointment or appointment to the position,
  • confirmation of the assignment of a taxpayer identification number,
  • certificate of the assigned REGON identification number of the represented entity.

Those holding important positions in public administration and local government, such as mayors, can be found in the corresponding representation document.

  • confirmation of the assignment of the TIN number of the represented entity,
