How a foreigner can obtain a QES - qualified SimplySign signature ?

Obtaining an electronic signature by foreigners involves several steps.

  1. Contact us to select a signature and set a date.

  3. Identity verification during an online meeting with an external inspector, which takes about 30 minutes.

    A qualified electronic signature can be issued without a Polish pesel number. According to the eIDAS regulation, the identifier will be a passport or ID card number
  2. Can the QES be renewed?
    It is possible to renew the QES if the previously used passport/ID card is still valid for a minimum of 1 year. As a rule of thumb, QES can be issued for no longer than the validity of the document used to prove identity. If you replace your passport/ID card, you will have to go through the entire QES purchase procedure, including proof of identity.
  3. Will I be able to sign documents for CRBR, KRS and financial statements using QES?
