Certum Mini is a qualified electronic signature, honored worldwide in accordance with the eIDAS standard. Signing documents is done using a card reader connected to computers running macOS or Windows operating systems. In addition, it enhances the security of the signature's use by physically controlling the devices required for signing. Certum Mini signature realizes the certification of the signature with qualified time stamping, making it possible to determine the exact date of the signature within the meaning of the applicable law regarding the effect of a certain date. The user of the signature receives 5000 such time stamps each month.As a result,the Certum Mini signature is equivalent to a handwritten signature and can be used to sign letters from authorities and all sorts of company documents. It is compatible with many business programs, such as ePaymentnik, Sage Symfonia, Comarch Optima, Wapro, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
Depending on the version, the validity of the signature must be renewed after one, two or three years. The signature is activated after data verification and confirmation of the user's identity (service available in related products).
In this version, the signature is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Services provided under the Certum Mini service are audited by the National Certification Center (NCCERT).
