At podpisano.pl it is possible to renew a qualified electronic signature. Depending on how long your previous signature was issued for, it may be time to renew it. If you do not renew it in time, your signature will no longer work. To avoid such problems, follow the instructions below.
How to renew a qualified signature?
Visit the subpage podpisano.pl to renew signatures
- On the subpage "Renewing signatures" you will find options allowing you to select the appropriate renewal options depending on your preferred validity period.
Log in to the Certum website
- Go to https://panel.certum.pl and log in to your customer account.
- The login is the email associated with the certificate, and you have given yourself a password.
If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" button to receive an email with a link to reset it.
Renew certificate
- After logging into the panel, find the certificate you want to renew. In its right corner you will find three vertical dots. Click them.
- If you have only one certificate, use the "Renew Certificate" button, which is visible on the main screen. Then follow the various steps that will be displayed - including updating your data.
Installation of a renewed certificate
- After submitting a renewal application, you will receive a notification with a link to install the renewal to your email address. Certum sends confirmation of issuance within 7 days at most.
- Click on the link sent to you, or log in to the Client Panel and go to quick install/activate renewal. Then click "Install" on the new certificate.
