How does identity confirmation work for qualified electronic signatures, such as SimplySign or Certum Mini
Confirmation of identity is integral to the process of obtaining a qualified electronic signature. Only verified individuals can obtain a certificate, which they rip to a card or to the cloud and finally have a qualified signature ready to use. Confirmation of identity at the facility podpisano.pl

You can make an appointment at one of our 3 locations in Warsaw

The identity confirmation process itself takes a very short time - about 15 minutes. While you're having coffee, we'll fill out the entire application for you, providing all your details from your ID card or, in addition, your company details (here you can read what documents are required).

After that, we will ask you to verify the correctness of the data entered in the application and accept the terms and conditions. Finally, you will sign the application by hand on the tablet. That's where your role ends.
The operator will also sign the application, possibly enter additional information, and send the application to Asseco. There, inspectors will verify the correctness of the application and issue a certificate.
The timing of the certificate is up to you. You have 3 options to choose from:
  • 30 minutes
  • 24 hours
  • 7 days.
How can you pay? The way you are most comfortable: cash, credit card or wire transfer before meeting with us.
Remember that if you have previously purchased a product and filled out an application, we will need its number. You will always find it in your account www.panel.certum.pl or in the email you received from Certum PCC.
If you bought a product and did not fill out an application, we will need from you:
  • card number - in case of purchase of Certum Mini
  • serial number and activation code - in case of SimplySign purchase
  • e-code - if you received it.

Confirmation of identity at your designated location

You can confirm your identity at a place of your choice: office, home or in a public place. Wherever it is most convenient for you, fastest and without unnecessary waste of time. Our operators always have access to the Internet, so you only need to have an ID card or other documents (here you can read what documents are required).

Confirming identity online

Confirmation of identity without leaving home? Of course it is possible. Make an appointment with us at your convenience:

In this option, you will need:
  • high speed internet connection
  • good quality camera
  • access to a bank account in Poland, which you own (list of banks)
  • cell phone.
At the beginning, our operator will set up a method of communication with you, e.g. Skype, Teams, Google Meet, and send you a link to the application, which you will fill out in his presence. The operator will record the entire meeting and take some photos of you along with a visible ID.
It will then ask you to make a transfer of PLN 1 from your bank.
The next step is verification on your cell phone. You will receive a special link from the operator. You will take scans of your ID, take pictures of your face.
When the operator receives information from the bank about the transfer and verification by phone you will be able to sign the application with a code you will receive on your cell phone.
The signed application will go to Asseco's inspectors, who will issue a certificate on the date of your choice:
  • 30 minutes
  • 24 hours
  • 7 days.
