Certum Mini is a qualified electronic signature, honored worldwide in accordance with the eIDAS standard. Signing of documents is carried out using a card reader connected to computers running macOS or Windows operating systems, which further enhances the security of signature use by physically controlling the devices required for signatures. Certum Mini signature realizes the certification of the signature with qualified time stamping, making it possible to accurately determine the date of the signature in terms of the provisions of the applicable law regarding the effect of a certain date. The user of the signature receives 5000 such time stamps each month.As a result,the Certum Mini signature is equivalent to a handwritten signature and can be used to sign letters from authorities and all sorts of company documents. It is compatible with many business programs, such as ePaymentnik, Sage Symfonia, Comarch Optima, Wapro, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
Depending on the version, the validity of the signature must be renewed after one, two or three years. The signature is activated after data verification and confirmation of the user's identity (service available in related products).
In this version, the signature is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Services provided under the Certum Mini service are audited by the National Certification Center (NCCERT).
