How to make a qualified electronic signature?

Making a qualified electronic signature consists of several steps and requires:

  • choosing the type of signature,
  • confirmations of identity
  • and issuance of the certificate.

Therefore, in order to obtain a signature, it is necessary to add the right products and services to your shopping cart at each of these stages. We describe everything below with explanations and recommendations, but if you have any doubts, we strongly encourage you to call us. Which signature to choose?

All the signatures we offer are accepted worldwide, in accordance with the eIDAS standard and equivalent to signatures made in person. You don't have to waste money and time commuting or sending hard copies. Sign documents online, anytime, anywhere.

Depending on your needs or plans, you can choose their validity period - from one to three years.

SimplySign is a signature based on a certificate stored in the cloud and an application, installed on a cell phone. Making any qualified signature, requires confirmation of the identity of its owner. The credibility of the signature depends on this, and therefore this stage must be carried out in accordance with the law and the requirements of the signature issuer (Asseco Certum).

Confirmation of identity can take place at a location of your choice, at one of our offices or online. You are welcome to visit our offices in Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Cracow, Wieliczka and Zory.

Then we still only had to make sure that our original was not cut in, send it to the accountant, who keeps a paper archive, because with her nothing is lost, before sending it is still worth scanning the signed copy to distinguish the signed version from the previous five negotiation versions. Of course, the accountant also keeps some sort of electronic inventory of documents for herself, because searching through papers would have killed her long ago.
A new chapter began, as Mr. Maciej from podpisano.pl explained to me in a few sentences that running a company could be easier without paper contracts. He drove up, helped with the installation and now signing contracts and archiving them is a pleasure, the binders don't grow, authorized persons have instant access, baja.
