Key online systems

In recent years, the digitization of public administration and tax processes has become one of the priorities for modernizing the state. 1. ePUAP (Electronic Platform for Public Administration Services)

A service that allows automatic completion and filing of annual tax returns based on data downloaded from Social Security and employers. Available from the e-Tax Office.

6. JPK (Uniform Control File).

Mandatory accounting data reporting format for businesses, filed electronically every month. Enables automatic tax control and sealing of the tax system.

7. PUE ZUS (Platform for Electronic Services of the Social Insurance Institution)

A system that allows electronic submission of applications to the Social Security Administration, checking of insurance account balances and receipt of decisions and certificates.

8. e-Prescription and e-ZLA (Electronic Medical Leave).

A digital system for handling prescriptions and sick leaves. e-Prescription allows for paperless delivery of medications, and e-ZLA is automatically sent to Social Security and the employer.

9. e-Declarations

A system for filing tax returns online, including PIT, CIT and VAT. It works with the e-Tax Office and Your e-PIT.

10. e-KRS (Electronic National Court Register)

A system that allows registration of business entities, organizations and associations electronically. It facilitates access to documents and company data.

12. STIR (Clearing House Information and Communications System).

A service that enables digital transmission of official letters, eventually replacing traditional paper correspondence, including registered letters.

14. BDO (Database on Products and Packaging and Waste Management).

A waste accounting and reporting system, mandatory for waste generating companies, to support waste management.

15. e-Court (Electronic Prescribed Procedure - EPU)

A platform that allows litigation to be conducted electronically, mainly for debt collection.
