What is worth keeping in mind?

  • Qualified signatures are issued only to holders of identity documents participating in PRADO (Online public registry of authentic identity and travel documents) https://www.consilium.europa.eu/prado/pl/search-by-document-country.html

  • The identity document must be valid For the entire duration of the signature (e.g., for 1, 2 or 3 years).

  • If you have a Polish pesel number, the signature can be issued even if your identity document is valid for less than 1 year.

  • The document used for verification must not be damaged or illegible.
