In the digital age, more and more services are moving to the Internet. One element of this transformation is e-Deliveries, the electronic equivalent of traditional registered official correspondence, between companies or individuals. But does every citizen need to have an e-Delivery box?
For the time being (October 2024), the use of an e-Delivery box is not mandatory for all citizens. However, certain groups are already required to have one, and this obligation will expand in the future.
Even if you are not yet required to have an e-Delivery box, it is worth considering setting one up because of a number of benefits:

It is a convenient, secure and environmentally friendly solution that facilitates contact with the public administration and other institutions, as well as with companies. In the future, with the development of e-government, the e-Delivery box will become a standard for all citizens.

In order to use the e-Delivery box, it is necessary to confirm your identity. If you already have verification issued by the Certum.pl (e.g. SimplySign or CertumMini), you don't have to go through the process again.
