CertumSign is a Certum platform for signing and sending documents in a web browser—no software installation or IT setup required. With the free version, you can create an account at no cost and sign up to 2 files with your own electronic signature.
Browser signature: CertumSign works on both computers and phones, without installing any software or requiring IT setup. You can set up an account in just a few minutes and send your first document for signature right away.
Any type of electronic signature: You can sign using a qualified digital signature from any Polish provider—SimplySign, Certum—as well as signatures from competitors, or using an advanced or simple digital signature, an SMS code, or email.
Many formats, not just PDF: You can sign PDF, DOC, XML, TXT, and PPT files—including with the XAdES signature—without converting them to PDF. You can also sign and send multiple files at once.
Qualified Trust Service Provider: The platform is operated by Certum (Asseco Data Systems), a qualified trust service provider. The digital signatures comply with eIDAS and are legally binding throughout the European Union.
No-fee account: You can try out the platform with no obligations and without providing your card information.
You sign with your own digital signature: If you have a qualified digital signature—SimplySign, Certum, or another one—you can use it in CertumSign right away.
Up to 2 files: The free version allows you to sign up to 2 files.
More in paid plans: One-time qualified signatures for recipients without their own e-signature and qualified validation with a PDF report are available in the Standard and Premium plans.
